| Bareboat Charter
Explore the Solent sailing your own yacht, with no restrictions on when and where you can go, this is the ultimate way to spend your sailing time. To take a yacht bareboat, 2 members of the party (the skipper and first mate) need to have at least a Day Skipper Practical qualification or have skippering/sailing experience on a yacht close to the size you are chartering.
Skippered Charter
For those with little or no sailing experience or sailors not wanting to have the responsibility of skippering the yacht themselves, we can provide you with a professional yacht skipper who is responsible for the manoeuvring of the yacht. You are free to join in as much or as little as you wish.
Corporate Charter
Client entertainment, teambuilding, staff rewards and incentives, crew training and all other elements of corporate sailing. We also offer yacht and RIB combination days. We can provide you with a bespoke service, to include catering options, yacht branding, crew shirts and all other aspects of your activity.
Racing Events
There are a host of major races which take place in the Solent, in which Universal Yachting can organise your entry, your yacht, skipper, moorings and all other elements of your participation in one of these events. You may wish to race in an industry focused event, such as the Little Britain Challenge or Manches Cup, or you could entertain clients at Cowes Week either spectating or racing. For the ultimate challenge, there are the offshore RORC races and, of course, the Fastnet. Other racing events include: Round the Island Race, Beneteau Cup, Warsash Spring Series.
