We organise a number of days & weekends throughout the year for individuals, come down on your own or with friends and enjoy a fantastic weekend on the water.

So whether you are looking to build miles to gain experience or simply enjoy some time on the water we have a great range of experiences on offer.


3 Day – “X Channel Dash”

  • App dist 150 nm
  • Join yacht 1800 Friday for full briefings
  • Leave very early Saturday morning
  • Arrive Cherbourg late Saturday afternoon
  • Saturday evening ashore
  • Sunday relax and enjoy the sights
  • Early Monday morning depart for return crossing home

  • Stay over night in Cowes before enjoying a relaxed day sailing around the Solent on Sunday.
  • Depart 1700 Sunday.

2 Day “Night Sailing Experience”

As the name suggests this is for you if you are looking to get some night sailing experience……

This is also a great mile builder

  • Join yacht 1800 Friday
  • Dept dock app 2000 and set sail for Yarmouth
  • Leave Saturday for Weymouth. Over night Weymouth.
  • Leave early Sunday am for trip back home

Solent/Cherbourg/Guernsey/Solent – 4 Days / App dist 220nm

  • Join yacht 1900 (Thur / Fri)
  • 2100 set sail for Cherbourg. 
  • Arrive Fri / Sat morning.
  • Fri / Sat afternoon & evening in Cherbourg.
  • Sat / Sun am set sail for Guernsey. Overnight Guernsey Saturday
  • Sun / Mon am (very early) depart for the Solent.

There are a number of racing events where we also arrange places for people who want to get involved in yacht racing


ROUND THE ISLAND RACE

  • Join Friday 10am for briefing and an afternoon of sail training
  • Expect an early start on the Saturday and join up to 1700 other boats in an historic race around the Isle of Wight
  • Saturday overnight in Cowes
  • Sunday leisurely sail back to port

COWES WEEK

We organise day events for those looking to jump on a yacht and experience all the fun of racing in Cowes Week.

  • Join the yacht 0730
  • Depart the dock after a thorough safety briefing for some pre race practice
  • Our starts are normally around 10am
  • Racing normally finished around 3pm
  • We can drop people off in Cowes for those who want to enjoy the social aspects Cowes has to offer
  • The yacht will return to Hamble and you will be clear by around 5pm
